Dr. B. R Ambedkar aka Babasaheb Ambedkar installed Statue of Buddha at Dhammabhoomi, Dehu Road, Pune on 25 December, 1954. To commemorate this historic day, many followers visit this place. A humble request to all visitors to wear white clothing as a symbol of purity.
